How do I return/exchange an item?

Please email us at shop@seashepherd.org.nz to arrange a return. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Do you ship outside of New Zealand?

Sorry we do not ship outside of New Zealand. Please go to the Sea Shepherd Australia shop  if you wish to ship outside of Australasia.

Why are your items the wrong size?

We try to include size charts listed next to each product, underneath the product description. Please email us if the wrong size has been provided and we can arrange an exchange. See more info here:

When will you have “item” in stock?

Please email us at shop@seashepherd.org.nz for information on when we expect to have the item back in stock.
